Were looking for a Client Services Team Leader based in Billericay to take ownership of a client portfolio while supporting a small established Client Services team. This role combines people leadership client account management and service coordination with a clear focus on delivering results day-to-day.
Lead coach and support a team of 46 Client Services Advisors helping them develop and perform well.
Manage your own portfolio of clients as their main point of contact ensuring excellent service and communication.
Build strong client relationships resolve issues quickly and spot opportunities to improve service.
Help plan team schedules recruitment and coverage particularly during busy winter periods.
Assist with contracts renewals pricing purchase orders and service-related projects for your clients.
Use reporting and insights (including Power BI) to track performance and identify improvements.
Work with Operations and other teams to deliver a smooth high-quality client experience.
Real ownership of your own client portfolio with the authority to make decisions and shape outcomes
