Job Summary
A large and well-established 1118 secondary school in Birmingham is seeking a dedicated and ambitious Early Career Teacher of English to join its thriving English faculty. The Role
As an ECT in English you will teach across Key Stages 3 and 4 with opportunities to observe and gradually contribute to KS5 teaching as your experience grows.
You will:
Deliver well-structured lessons using shared schemes of learning

Develop students extended writing and analytical skills
Support targeted intervention for GCSE cohorts
