Your role:

Were looking for a Robotics Integration Specialist to define the performance standard of our deployed robots as we scale.

You will lead commissioning programming and optimization in real industrial plants ensuring measurable and stable production performance. Your work directly shapes system reliability and future technical standards.

As we grow the performance benchmarks you establish will become the foundation for scaling our robotics platform globally.

What were looking for

Higher Vocational Training or Engineering degree in Mechatronics Industrial Electrical Automation Robotics Software or related fields.
Strong knowledge of robot programming PLCs or industrial control systems.
Experience in robotics integration commissioning or industrial automation.
Ability to perform structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Fluent Spanish and willingness to travel frequently (driving license required).
Nice to have: experience with industrial vision systems performance data analysis or robot simulation tools.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead system commissioning and start-up in customer facilities.
Program and tune robotic systems to achieve target performance.
Design and execute validation tests for mechatronic systems.
Diagnose failures using structured root cause analysis.
Monitor performance metrics and provide structured technical feedback to product and engineering teams.
