Job Summary

Centauro Rent a Car part of Mutua Madrileña Group and one of the leading mobility providers for individuals professionals and companies has more than 50 years of experience delivering innovative mobility solutions across Southern Europe.

To strengthen our Operations team we are looking for a Branch Manager for our Naples Airport location who will lead the daily activity of the branch ensure an excellent customer experience and drive operational and commercial performance. This is a key role with high impact on service quality and business growth offering the opportunity to lead a dynamic team in one of our strategic locations. The Branch Manager is responsible for supervising coordinating and optimizing all operational processes within the branch. The main objective is to ensure service excellence manage and develop the team and oversee the fleet and operational KPIs. Main responsibilities include:

Organization of team schedules to ensure proper customer service.
Ensure the correct provision of subcontracted service providers (maintenance cleaning repair etc.).
Control operating costs to achieve the targets.
Enhance the cross-selling of services (GPS higher category etc.) both personally and encouraging the team to get them.
Assist the customers in operational management (it is considered one more person in the office when organizing schedules).
Ensure the good atmosphere and work environment among employees. Enable their professional development and their level of commitment.
Report to management on the operation results incidents and receive the necessary guidelines.

Minimum requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in the Rent a Car business.
Experience as coordinator of another operator will be valued.
It is important the knowledge of the field to understand the details of operation: type of incidents with vehicles cross-selling system etc. Commercial vocation and customer orientation.
Advanced level of Office Automation.
Fluent English. Other languages will be valued.
