We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Office Manager to join our team at Akvelon in Croatia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations coordinating administrative tasks and supporting team efficiency. You will work closely with management and colleagues to ensure smooth office workflows maintain office resources and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Tasks
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the efficient functioning of our Zagreb office;
- Make sure that nothing is missing in the office and that everything functions as it should;
- Ensure the smooth functioning of office processes including:
- Efficient document circulation;
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence;
- Archiving documents;
- Managing office orders;
- Cooperating with courier companies and handling logistics of shipments;
- Manage the purchasing and distribution of equipment to employees;
- Assist in optimizing administrative solutions.
Occupation: part-time (up to 4hours/per day)
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar position preferably in an organization with international multicultural experience and in the growth phase;
- Communicative English language skills (B1-B2);
- Responsible and organized;
- Willing to work onsite from the Zagreb office.
Nice to have:
- Experience working in a remote/hybrid company;
- Experience working with Oracle Alfresco Bamboo HR Slack and Confluence systems.
