Job Title: AI Project Manager with Copilot

Location: Santa Clara CA
Onsite Requirement: Yes
Onsite Days: 5 Days/Week
Rate: $70 $75/hr on C2C (Max)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Generative AI (GenAI) AI Agents and RAG-based application initiatives.

This role requires a strong Project Management background combined with hands-on understanding of AI technologies especially Microsoft Copilot Studio to successfully manage cross-functional teams stakeholders timelines and delivery of production-grade AI solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

8 years of overall experience with strong Project Management background
3 years managing AI/ML GenAI or advanced data projects
Proven experience managing complex technical programs in enterprise environments
Strong understanding of GenAI concepts (LLMs RAG AI agents vector search)
Experience working with Microsoft Copilot Studio Power Automate or similar AI platforms
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models
Excellent stakeholder management communication and leadership skills
Comfortable working 5 days onsite in Santa Clara CA
