Scrum Master/Business Analysis Extensive Experience

5 years as Scrum Master or Agile Coach in onboard software or embedded systems domains.
Strong understanding of C Linux multi-threading IPC and embedded validation practices.
Experience with tools: Azure DevOps GIT Jenkins Docker.
Familiarity with CAN J1939 protocols and vector tools (Canalyzer Canoe).
Certifications: SAFe (RTE Advanced Scrum Master Leading SAFe) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.
Excellent communication stakeholder management and coaching skills.
Decision Making & Critical Thinking Extensive Experience
Differentiates assumptions perspectives and historical frameworks.
Evaluates past decisions for insights to improve processes.
Predicts impact of decision options and advises others on alternatives.
Applies consultative command or consensus-based approaches.
Effective Communication Extensive Experience
Reviews and coaches on writing and presentations.
