Position: Senior Systems Engineer End User Computing
Location: Onsite- Seattle WA (Relocation; OK)
Duration: 6 Months

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer with deep expertise in Windows and Apple/macOS enterprise environments. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience managing end-user devices at scale with a strong foundation in automation system design and cross-platform infrastructure support.

Must-Have Skills (Required)

Deep knowledge of Windows AND Apple/macOS operating systems - management at enterprise scale
JAMF Pro enterprise management experience (strongly preferred)
Senior-level experience in OS/Hardware implementation configuration testing and maintenance
Proven ability to define security backup and redundancy strategies
Experience writing and maintaining custom scripts to automate manual processes and improve system efficiency
Senior-level infrastructure monitoring and management - Physical/Virtual Servers Storage Firmware Desktop Hardware OS
Strong leadership skills - ability to mentor and guide junior staff
Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in a Senior Systems Engineer role managing enterprise-scale end-user devices

Good to Have (Preferred)

Experience identifying application bottlenecks and working with developers on fixes
Familiarity with Mobile OS/HW design and implementation
Staying current on new OS/HW releases point updates and infrastructure technologies
Understanding of pre-engineered systems and app performance monitoring tools
