Job Summary

Job Summary -
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to support full-cycle financial operations in a collaborative hands-on environment. This role offers end-to-end exposure to financial processes unlike traditional segmented corporate accounting roles.

Key Responsibilities -

Prepare and post journal entries with accuracy and timeliness
Compile and analyze financial reports
Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights
Complete account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Support quarterly partnership reporting
Assist with budgeting and cost reporting processes
Participate in full-cycle financial operations from start to finish
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance

Required Qualifications -

Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or related field
3 5 years of experience in Accounting Finance or a related role

Additional Information -

Fixed asset accounting is minimal in this role
Must be comfortable working onsite and managing responsibilities independently
