Job Summary

Overview

Seeking a pragmatic UX Product Designer to create intuitive enterprise web applications. You will partner with Product and Engineering to deliver scalable accessible component-based experiences using a user-centered data-informed approach.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end design: flows wireframes mockups and interactive prototypes.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure design feasibility and alignment.
Apply accessibility best practices in all designs.
Provide UX QA during development to ensure fidelity.
Conduct lightweight usability reviews and iterate based on feedback.
Contribute to and follow the Design System.
Present design concepts to cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

2 4 years of Product/UX Design experience (fintech preferred).
Strong proficiency in Figma/Justinmind or similar tools.
Working knowledge of Angular HTML CSS and Agile (Jira).
Familiarity with LLM/Generative AI tools.
Experience designing enterprise applications with component-based UI.
Accessibility-focused design experience.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with strong prototyping abilities.
