Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to oversee therapy services within a skilled nursing setting. This leadership role is responsible for managing Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy programs ensuring high-quality patient care regulatory compliance and efficient department operations.

Assignment Details:

Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate PT and OT therapy services
Lead mentor and support rehabilitation staff
Develop and monitor individualized treatment programs and outcomes
Ensure compliance with regulatory clinical and documentation standards
Manage scheduling productivity and department performance metrics
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care goals

Requirements:

Active state professional license (PT OT or related therapy discipline)
Minimum 2 years of rehabilitation experience
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Skilled Nursing Facility experience strongly preferred
Strong organizational leadership and communication skills
