SAP Business Analyst opportunity supporting a large SAP S/4HANA Ariba Financials implementation. The client is actively interviewing next week and is looking for strong SAP workstream expertise.

Role: SAP Business Analyst S/4HANA Financial Modules

Project Overview

SAP S/4HANA Ariba implementation
5 workstreams:
- Source to Pay (S2P)
- Order to Cash (O2C)
- Hire to Retire (H2R)
- Budget to Report (B2R)
- Acquire to Retire (A2R)
Need 3 BAs focused on S2P O2C and A2R
Each BA will own a primary workstream and act as backup on another

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering process mapping data flows and documentation
Partner with business stakeholders SMEs and SAP implementation teams
Support and lead testing activities (Unit SIT UAT Regression)
Ensure requirements traceability through testing and deployment
Provide executive level communication presentations and status reporting
Support data migration and integration validation
Maintain PMO documentation and audit ready artifacts

Required Experience

Strong SAP Business Analyst background in financial implementations
Hands on SAP S/4HANA experience
Deep knowledge of SAP workstreams (S2P O2C A2R strongly preferred)
Experience with UAT test script creation defect tracking
Comfortable working with C suite stakeholders
SAP Activate knowledge preferred
