Job Summary

Job Title: Oracle EBS R12 Finance Business Systems Analyst (BSA) Onsite Redmond WA

Location: Redmond WA (Onsite Local Seattle Area Candidates Only)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Schedule: 40 Hours per Week
Start Date: March 2026

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Finance Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with deep functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite Finance modules. The ideal candidate will bridge finance business stakeholders and technical teams while driving functional configuration system enhancements and end-to-end lifecycle support.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead functional analysis and configuration of Oracle EBS R12 Finance modules
Gather and translate business requirements into functional design documents (MD50 BR100)
Configure system parameters and support solution design across Finance modules
Partner with finance stakeholders to support accounting operations and system improvements
Support full SDLC lifecycle including requirements design testing and deployment
Conduct and support SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
Perform data analysis troubleshooting and issue resolution using SQL/PLSQL
Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical finance users

Required Expertise:

8 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12
Strong functional expertise in:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Subledger Accounting (SLA)
Deep understanding of accounting principles and period close processes
Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business cycles
Proven experience in functional configuration and solution design
Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data mapping validation and troubleshooting
Experience working within full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Work Environment:

Onsite role in Redmond WA
Candidates must be local to the Seattle metropolitan area
