Job Description
As a Security Officer - Flex Armed Mobile Driver in Cincinnati OH you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. As a Flex Part-Time Security Officer you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. Learn more: As an Armed Patrol Officer supporting a financial institution location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas perform routine patrols stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents and provide clear respectful customer service. This is a driving post requiring a valid drivers license in the job state. What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures financial institution site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
- Perform armed patrol duties in accordance with licensing requirements and post orders helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including alarm activations duress alerts and customer or employee concerns.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas such as lobbies ATM areas parking areas and perimeter access points; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
- Complete required reports and documentation such as incident reports patrol logs and shift activity summaries and communicate key information to Allied Universal leadership and/or client representatives.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid drivers license is required in the state where the job is located.
- Have at least 1 year of armed security-related law enforcement and/or military experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
