As a Security Officer Armed Verification in Boynton Beach FL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Monitor access points verify visitor and vendor authorization and/or document arrivals and departures in support of access control procedures.
- Respond to incidents unusual activity and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating concerns through appropriate site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around building entrances common areas parking areas and the perimeter with duties varying based on location conditions.
- Communicate with property staff residents guests and/or contractors regarding entry procedures delivery activity and security-related concerns while helping to deter unauthorized access.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement military and/or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
- Possess an armed guard card
- Degree in Criminal Justice.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
