What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to staff and visitors at a financial services location by following Allied Universal security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies office areas ATM and vestibule areas and exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points and public areas observe for suspicious behavior and report conditions such as loitering unauthorized access attempts and/or maintenance issues per post orders.
- Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner; request assistance from site contacts and/or public emergency services as needed.
- Complete required documentation such as shift logs and incident reports and communicate significant activity to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Have at least 5 years of security-related experience.
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
