Job Description
As a Security Officer Roving Response Driver in Atlanta GA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more. Join Allied Universal at a fast-paced tech media and telecom location where you will help monitor access points conduct routine patrols and respond to security-related concerns with clear communication and strong customer service. This is a driving post requiring a valid drivers license in the job state with opportunities to use technology while supporting a culture that is agile reliable innovative people-first and driven by teamwork and integrity.

What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients at a tech and media location by following security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
- Control access by verifying identification and/or credentials for employees contractors and visitors and manage visitor check-in and directions per site policy.
- Monitor alarms cameras and other security-related systems and report irregular activity according to post orders.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including coordinating notifications and documenting actions taken.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business parking areas and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid drivers license is required in the state where the job is located.
- A minimum of 3 years of combined law enforcement military and/or adult corrections experience is required.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- CPR and/or First Aid is preferred and may be completed post hire.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
