Were looking for an Account Manager to join our Scotland this role youll help us cultivate relationships with highly regarded restaurants that have recently joined Deliveroo acting as a consultant to help them increase their online sales and scale their business.

What Youll Be Doing

Youll be joining the Regional UK & Ireland team. We are the experts in the local markets we serve from Brighton to Belfast. You will be responsible for driving Deliveroos performance across Scotland managing the best restaurants in the region and fulfilling the massive growth potential of this market.

Heres what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Nurture top-tier partnerships: Maintain and grow relationships with our top Scottish restaurant partners through strong communication both face-to-face and remotely.

  • Drive commercial success: Use data analysis and industry knowledge to maximise order volumes and growth potential for your portfolio.

  • Negotiate & influence: Lead contract negotiations and define partnership terms that align with both company goals and partner needs.

  • Optimise operations: Liaise with restaurant and rider operations teams to improve operational efficiencies and the partner experience.

  • Innovate & lead: Act as the local expert for your region knowing the industry inside and out and serving as the face of Deliveroo to the restaurant community.

What Youll Need to Thrive

Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:

  • Proven relationship management: Significant experience (2 years) in account management relationship management or a similar commercial role.

  • Commercial & analytical acumen: A strong understanding of business metrics and the ability to use data comfortably to drive results and successful negotiations.

  • Autonomy & drive: A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently while out meeting restaurant partners across Scotland.

  • Communication skills: Exceptional ability to build rapport and communicate effectively face-to-face over the phone and via email.

  • Results-oriented: A track record of achieving targets ideally with experience working in a dynamic high-growth environment.
