Mobilisation Coordinator
PERSOL is currently seeking a Mobilisation Coordinator to work within their largest team based in Burswood. The role will involve working with our Major and National accounts in the assistance of onboarding our onsite employees within the Mining and Resources industry. Reporting into the Operations Manager you will assist multiple Recruitment teams with their requirements.
What you will be doing:
- Ensuring each new employee has completed the PERSOL registration via our company App
- Order and organise PPE for our new and existing employees
- Ensure all employees details are loaded into our internal database
- Book medicals and inductions
- Book flights and other pre-mobilisation requirements
- Ensure all employees have complied with the company HSE requirements
- Manage employee data and ensure all is up to date
- Ensure all employee tickets and licences are within date
- General administration duties data entry and general email correspondence with our employees.
You will possess:
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and time management skills
- Organisational skills and will be able to cope well under pressure
- The ability to follow and understand different processes
- Intermediate computer skills
- A minimum of 1-2 years experience within an administrative role preferably in a recruitment capacity
