You will support staff and visitors with strong customer service clear communication and timely reporting. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors employees and/or contractors at a government location by following site-specific procedures access requirements and emergency response activities as directed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior spaces exterior grounds and perimeter areas to help identify suspicious activity hazards and/or policy violations; working environments and conditions may vary by assignment.
• Monitor designated areas entrances and/or key points to help maintain orderly operations reporting concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner providing assistance and/or direction to building occupants as needed.
• Complete required activity logs incident reports and/or shift documentation and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have a minimum of 6 months of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• A state county or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
