What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients employees and visitors at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
- Maintain an armed post in accordance with Allied Universal policies licensing requirements and site instructions including proper equipment handling checks and documentation.
- Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner; request law enforcement and/or emergency services when needed and complete required reports.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas including parking areas ATM and vestibule areas and perimeter points helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
- Monitor access points and key areas for unusual activity assist with de-escalation when appropriate and communicate timely updates to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess an armed guard card/license.
- Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
- Be 21 years of age.
- A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
