Security Officer Warehouse Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer - Warehouse Patrol Driver in Sparks NV you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location you will perform routine vehicle patrols to stay highly visible help to deter security-related incidents and respond to calls for service. This is a driving post requiring a valid drivers license under AU Driver Policy Requirements. You will support site teams with clear communication accurate reporting and professional customer service while working with a reliable agile and integrity-driven Allied Universal team.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including contacting site leadership and/or public emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas warehouses loading docks parking areas and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor traffic assist with badge and key control processes as directed and report irregularities per site procedures.
• Complete patrol and incident reports document observations in required systems and communicate pertinent information during shift briefings and/or post handoffs.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
