What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures location-specific policies and/or emergency response activities for a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner reporting issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout lobbies corridors offices and exterior perimeter areas observing for unusual activity that may help to deter unwanted behavior.
• Control access to restricted areas by monitoring entry points verifying identification and/or authorization as required and directing visitors to appropriate destinations.
• Complete routine reports and documentation of patrols incidents and irregularities and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 years of security experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be 21 years of age.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
