Job Summary

We provide high-quality instruction and therapeutic interventions that support the academic social and emotional growth of each are seeking a skilled and dedicated Long-Term Substitute Teacher who brings a positive attitude strong work ethic flexibility and a genuine desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with administrators clinicians and paraprofessionals to deliver structured supportive and engaging instruction aligned with student IEP :* Deliver daily instruction aligned with curriculum standards and individual student needs* Implement behavior support plans and therapeutic strategies* Maintain a structured safe and respectful classroom environment* Collaborate with related service providers and families as appropriate* Participate in team meetings and professional development as assignedRequirements:* Massachusetts teacher certification* Successful completion of CORI and fingerprinting* Willingness to complete physical management training (provided by the Collaborative)* Experience working with students with social-emotional or behavioral challenges preferredThis is a long-term substitute position.
