What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a technology-focused corporate location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of offices common areas parking areas and the perimeter with working environments and conditions varying by location.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity as assigned verifying authorization issuing temporary credentials when directed and/or directing guests to appropriate check-in areas.
• Complete detailed reports on patrols incidents and unusual activity and communicate relevant information to oncoming personnel and/or site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.

• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
