Position Summary:
The Assoc Business Process Analyst will serve as a resource for ongoing support and maintenance of Illuminas Global R&D equipment. This
role is responsible to provide deep technical knowledge of SAP in order to 1) provide maintenance support and to 2) partner with lab
management operations for equipment lifecycle compliance & operations changes.
Responsibilities:
Own and resolve application issues engaging additional technical or functional resources as necessary
Collaborate with the lab management operations & cross functional teams to apply solutions by analyzing business and functional
requirements studying and creatively leveraging standard procedures
Play an active role in supporting equipment maintenance compliance
Monitor and resolve system integrity issues
Analyze problems diagnose them and find root cause and then either creating a fix or engages business solutions team to collaboratively design a solution.
Proactively analyzes incident records and use data to identify problems.
Identify and propose approach to increase usability
Stay abreast of SAP enhancements
Manage multiple priorities
Maintain active communication with various business and technical stakeholders to manage expectations regarding changes to the system and the introduction of new and enhanced functionality

Requirements:
Solid understanding of equipment lifecycle operations
Background with SAP is a bonus
Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
Hands-on person with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to place questions and problems in the proper context
Ability to address problems logically carefully and methodically
Persistence to pursue problems until they are solved but also the good judgment to know when to stop and ask questions
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong collaboration skills with global workforce
Ability to interface well with cross-functional teammates
Flexibility to work occasional non-standard hours

Experience/Education:
Typically requires a Bachelors degree Engineering / Science / Information Technology / Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
Diploma in Engineering / Science / Information Technology / Supply Chain with at least 3 - 5 years Relevant Experience
