What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal post orders security-related procedures and site-specific policies at a retail or mall location including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating to management and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas corridors parking areas and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances exits and high-traffic areas; assist with access control and crowd flow during peak shopping periods and special events.
• Complete timely reports of incidents observations and service calls and communicate relevant updates to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• A TSA issued TWIC is required.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
