DescriptionPrimary Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring product quality and reliability throughout the manufacturing lifecycle. This role owns product/process health indicators drives systematic corrective actions supports NPI transitions and ensures customer satisfaction through robust quality controls and issue resolution.
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Telecom/Photonics/Mechatronics preferred).
Skills
- Strong analytical problemsolving and statistical reasoning skills.
- Experience in quality systems DPPM analysis ICAR/CAR NPI support and crossfunctional collaboration.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001/IATF 16949 SPC FMEA GR&R and reliability concepts is advantageous.
- Work effectively with other members of Coherent Corporation
