Commercial Litigation Attorney
Pretoria East
Salary: R 25000 - R 26000 ctc

Duties & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Junior Attorney with 12 years post admission experience to join the team . The successful candidate will have a solid foundation in litigation and a strong interest in commercial litigation matters. Exposure to regulatory institutions state owned enterprises and financial sector matters will be advantageous

Minimum requirements:

LLB degree
Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
12 years post-admission experience
Strong drafting and research skills
Sound knowledge of civil procedure

Advantageous Experience

Exposure to commercial litigation
Experience dealing with financial institutions and/or regulatory bodies
Exposure to matters involving the South African Reserve Bank or similar regulatory authorities
Experience in banking insolvency or corporate disputes
