We are seeking a Demand Mapping Specialist to support a client engagement through enhanced forecasting accuracy and longterm demand modelling. Embedded within the client environment this role partners closely with leadership to provide enterpriselevel workforce insights and planning support.
What Youll Be Doing;
- Developing and maintaining short medium and longterm demand forecasts within a contact centre environment
- Enhancing forecast accuracy through refined assumptions and data validation
- Supporting enterprise workforce planning inputs and scenario modelling
- Translating demand forecasts into capacity and workforce implications
- Providing clear planning insights to client leadership
What Youll Bring;
- Demonstrated capability in workforce demand forecasting and modelling in a contact centre
- Experience supporting enterpriselevel planning activities
- Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
- Experience working with workforce management systems
- Exposure to Calabrio Zendesk and/or LivePerson
The Mindset Youll Have;
- Analytical and detaildriven in approach
- Comfortable operating in embedded clientfacing environments
- Accountable for the quality and accuracy of outputs
- Proactive in identifying risks and improvement opportunities
- Collaborative and outcomesfocused
