The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled andexperiencedsupply chain professionaltojoinour Planning Center of Excellenceteam. Theidealcandidate will drive process improvementshave experience working in a global environmentensure best practices and enhance overall planning efficiency.
What Youll Do:
Provide project and initiative support for Production and Distribution Planning teams acrossTaiwan Singapore and Malaysia including active involvement in initiatives aligned with the companys Digital Roadmap.
Lead and support the enhancement implementation and ongoing optimization of planning systems including SAP ERP MRP and IBP.
Maintain and continuously improve the global standard playbook for Production and Distribution Planning processes.
Define document and standardize master data governance rules for Production and Distribution Planning to ensure data consistency and integrity.
Develop enhance and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve Production and Distribution Planning effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with Supply Chain Center of Excellence (COE) team members to conduct endtoend supply chain risk assessments and drive corrective and preventive actions.
What We Seek:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 8years experienceinventory planning & control production planning and scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong background in SAP particularly PP required
Experience in IBP Demand RCCPandOrder Based Planning
Proven leadership experience with a track record of driving process improvements.
Ability to build influence roll out best practices and challenge decisions as needed in a way that will benefit the organization and mitigate risk
Experience with working in a global environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in planning software and tools.
