Key Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical components and subsystems using work instructions drawings and blueprints
Safely and effectively use hand tools and power tools to complete assemblies
Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality and workmanship
Report defects or non-conformances and assist with corrective actions
Maintain an organized clean and safe work environment
Support and assist less experienced assemblers as needed
Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives
Follow verbal and written instructions to meet daily production goals
Accurately complete production and inspection documentation
Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members regarding work status and issues
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
3 years of mechanical assembly experience
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings parts lists and work instructions
Familiarity with hydraulic pneumatic and mechanical systems
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform bending standing and movement throughout the shift
Basic computer skills and ability to complete production documentation
Willingness to follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Preferred Requirements
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
Primarily shop-floor based with exposure to manufacturing and test areas
Requires standing walking bending and lifting throughout the workday
Ability to lift and move components up to 50 lbs as needed
Use of hand and power tools in an industrial environment
Occasional overtime or extended hours may be required to meet production schedules
