All these features are available in a unified environment and can be used in major browsers on desktops and mobile platforms both in the cloud and on-premises.

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to accelerate pipeline growth in the German-speaking market. As the first point of contact for prospects you will identify and engage target accounts qualify needs and fit and set up high-quality meetings for our Account Executives (AEs). Your mission is to turn interest into qualified opportunities and ensure a smooth handover so AEs can run effective sales cycles.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound prospecting can hold confident discovery conversations with decision makers and wants to grow in B2B SaaS sales.

What Youll Do

Key responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Outreach: Build and execute outbound outreach to target accounts in the German market (Mostly by phone but also LinkedIn email sequences etc.).

  • Discovery & Qualification: Run first-call discovery to confirm ICP fit pain points current setup stakeholders timeline and next steps.

  • Meeting & Opportunity Creation: Consistently generate qualified BANT meetings and create pipeline for the AE team.

  • Handover to AEs: Prepare structured handovers (context pain requirements stakeholders objections next-step recommendation) to maximize conversion to opportunities.

  • CRM Discipline (Salesforce): Keep lead and account data accurate log activities maintain stages/statuses and support forecasting with clean inputs.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing Sales and Customer Success on messaging campaigns lead routing and feedback loops.

  • Market Insight: Gather and share feedback from prospects (common objections competitive landscape use cases) to improve messaging and targeting.

  • Build a healthy pipeline for AEs through consistent high-quality qualification and clean handovers.

Job requirements

What Were Looking For:

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-3 years in SDR/BDR inside sales lead generation role (within IT industry)

  • Language skills: German (C1) and strong English or Czech (B2)

  • Communication: Confident written and verbal communication comfortable doing outreach and discovery calls.

  • Goal orientation: Ability to work with targets (activity meetings pipeline) and iterate based on results.

  • Independence & teamwork: Strong ownership of your work while collaborating closely with AEs and Marketing.
