- Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing electrical HVAC carpentry and appliance repairs.
- Complete work orders and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents (unit turns) including painting repairs and cleaning.
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls as part of an on-call rotation (includes nights/weekendsgenerous call pay provided).
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and condition of the propertys physical assets and grounds.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with the Community Manager and other team members to provide excellent resident service.
- 2 year of experience in apartment or residential maintenance preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC electrical plumbing appliances and carpentry.
- HVAC certification is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat cold rain snow etc.).
- Available for night and weekend on-call duty.
- Must be organized self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to professionalism and customer service.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
