DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Team Leader to join our SIPP SIPP Business Area provides administration and trusteeship services to over 100000 self-invested personal pension arrangements for members both advised and non-advised and have ambitious plans to grow our customer base. This role is based in our Glasgow office working on a hybrid basis.
A snapshot of your day:
Handle complex administrative tasks and take ownership of customers SIPPs
Carry out investigation on complex tasks provide support and take ownership to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe
Ensure that customer needs are fully understood and administered in line with documented procedures and agreed service levels
Support with daily work allocation ensuring service levels are being met
Ensure colleagues in your remit are adequately trained for the role
Provide feedback and coaching
We would love to hear from you if you have:
GCSE Maths/English at Grade C/5 or National 5 Maths/English at Grade C or Equivalent
Achieved the Award in Pension Essentials or willing to work towards it
Experience in Pensions and/or Finance is essential
Knowledge of SIPPs is desirable
Experience working with customers or in an administrative capacity is essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
