In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Funktion in der Entwicklung Pflege und Governance unserer globalen Rohstoff und Produktstammdaten. Als Schnittstelle zwischen R&D Business Operations und weiteren Fachbereichen stellen Sie sicher dass unsere Datenqualität höchsten Standards entspricht und damit die Grundlage für unsere weltweiten Kernprozesse bildet. Sie werden Teil eines erfahrenen Expertenteams in Berlin das eng mit Kollegen in Asien Europa und den USA zusammenarbeitet.

Ihre Verantwortung

• Erstellung Pflege und Verwaltung von Rezepturen sowie Rohstoff und Produktstammdaten im chemischen Umfeld
• Business und Operations Enablement sowie Governance globaler Kernfunktionen in den Bereichen Manufacturing Supply Chain Safety und Quality Control
• Koordination und Nachverfolgung weltweiter Anfragen zu Materialstammdaten
• Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Data Governance Standards inklusive Schutz von Know how zu Rohstoffen und Produktkomponenten
• Mitwirkung an der Digitalisierung von Produktionsprozessen insbesondere bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• Unterstützung strategischer Funktionsinitiativen und Expertenteams in enger Abstimmung mit der jeweiligen Fachbereichsleitung
• Regelmäßige Analyse Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung aller relevanten Arbeitsabläufe mit Fokus auf nachhaltige teamorientierte Lösungen

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Chemie oder des Chemieingenieurwesens
• Sehr gutes technisches und chemisches Verständnis
• Präzise sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Gute Kenntnisse in der Datenverarbeitung idealerweise mit SAP
• Hohe Zuverlässigkeit Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Bereitschaft sich in komplexe Themen einzuarbeiten
• Affinität zu digitalen und operativen Prozessen
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten Zielorientierung und die Fähigkeit komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu strukturieren
