Job Summary
Position Summary
The Site Manager will have full responsibility for the on-site execution of the Gas Compression Station project ensuring that construction activities are carried out safely on schedule within budget and in compliance with quality and contractual requirements. The role requires strong leadership technical expertise and the ability to manage multicultural teams in a challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate site construction activities
Ensure compliance with HSE standards local regulations and company procedures
Lead and supervise construction teams subcontractors and discipline supervisors
Control project schedule progress and productivity on site
Coordinate with the Engineering Procurement and Project Management teams
Monitor costs and support cost control and forecasting
Ensure construction quality and adherence to technical specifications
Manage interfaces with Client representatives and local authorities
Oversee site logistics materials handling and equipment utilization
Participate in construction planning look-ahead schedules and risk assessments
Ensure proper reporting of progress issues and corrective actions
