- Project Information Management and Digital Project Delivery
- Engineering data document control and information handover processes
- Project delivery systems system integration and data workflows
- Worley IM standards specifications and governance frameworks
- Strong stakeholder coordination written and verbal communication
- Ability to translate technical system and data requirements into executable project activities
- Leadership of multi disciplinary IM and digital teams
- Structured approach to project setup execution and close out
- Any Engineering Degree with minimum 12 years experience in relevant role
- Preferred to have previous working knowledge on Information management tools like Aveva AIM 2D 3D Engineering design tools Aveva Engineering
- Good to have knowledge on document Management tools Procurement tools Advance Work Packaging tools for Construction and Commissioning management tools
- Added advantage of having working knowledge on Agile scrum methodology knowledge on SharePoint Data warehouse Setup and management Power automate Power BI and analytics tools

The Role
As an EDS Specialist - Project Information Manager with Worley you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.
- The Project Information Manager (PIM) will be responsible for leading and delivering the Information Management (IM) and Digital Execution scope on projects ensuring that project data documents and digital deliverables are planned governed executed and handed over in accordance with customer requirements Worley standards and project objectives.
- The PIM will act as the primary interface between project teams customers and digital/system functions driving data centric project delivery and improving data quality accessibility and consistency across the project lifecycle.
- Project Information Management & Digital Execution:
- Identify and define Project Delivery Systems and Information Management requirements to meet customer and project expectations
- Translate project system and data requirements into actionable digital execution and IM activities
- Develop implement and own the Project Digital Execution and Information Management Plan across the project lifecycle
- Champion data centric and digital execution approaches moving away from document centric delivery
- Lead the setup deployment and configuration of project delivery tools and systems supporting deliverable generation and data requirements in support to Construction driven engineering wherever applicable.
- Ensure project teams understand and comply with procedures policies and governance related to project systems and IM
- Coordinate systems training needs and onboarding support for project participants
- Define discipline specific data requirements and establish workflows for data population transfer and integration between systems
- Ensure data quality completeness consistency accessibility and security throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor and manage data maturity and consistency coordinating with Data Managers and discipline leads as applicable
- Other Responsibilities:
- Ensure structured and validated digital and data handover to the customer aligned with contractual requirements
- Act as the primary interface point between customers project teams systems teams and functional stakeholders for IM and digital execution matters
- Coordinate inputs from all stakeholders during project initiation execution and close out
- Support sales and pursuits providing guidance on IM scope digital delivery methodology and estimations particularly during bid end game phases
- Facilitate project systems close out including archiving access management and release of infrastructure/databases
- Ensure final document and data handover is complete validated and delivered in the required format and frequency
- Ensure handover schedules are defined monitored and achieved
- Ensure governance of collaboration platforms file sharing and access control including compliance with export control and third party access limitations
- Contribute to continuous improvement lessons learned and alignment with Worleys Information Management governance frameworks
