Job Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.

The project:

Support Swedish-speaking customers of a social media platform where users create and share short videos often set to music covering a wide range of topics like dance comedy and trends. Its known for its easy-to-use editing tools viral challenges and an algorithm that personalizes content based on user preferences.

What you will be doing:

Content moderation of content in your mother language of the app;
Remove and block content and filter order and analyse information;
Content management to avoid certain aspects of cybercrime;
Remove content which does not meet ethical and/or legal requirements;
The to be removed content can contain (among others) criminal acts torture violence hate speech and cyberbullying terrorism and violence against animals.

Requirements:

Fluency in Swedish language (must be at least C2)
Communicative level of English language ( at least B2)
You live in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate there
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

What we offer:

Full-time contract
Base salary without accommodation: 1620/month
Base salary with accommodation: 1358/month
Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer

FOR INTERNATIONAL CANDIDATES:

Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal;
