UAT Test Lead 9 Month Fixed Term Contract

An opportunity is available for an experienced UAT Test Lead to support a Transport Management System implementation.

This 9 month fixed term contract requires immediate availability and will lead the planning coordination and execution of business owned User Acceptance Testing. The role is critical to ensuring end to end operational processes are validated and the business is confident and ready for go live.

You will develop and own the UAT strategy and execution plan defining scope entry and exit criteria sequencing and risk prioritisation. You will design structured test scripts and scenario frameworks covering standard exception and high risk conditions ensuring strong coverage of business critical processes.

Working closely with business SMEs stream leads vendor partners and IT teams you will lead scenario identification workshops coordinate test cycles manage the UAT schedule in line with environment and data readiness and facilitate structured defect triage processes. You will monitor progress manage risks and provide clear readiness reporting to project governance.

A key aspect of this role is leading business stakeholders through a disciplined and well organised testing approach. You will mentor and support business testers many of whom may have limited formal UAT experience building confidence and accountability across the testing lifecycle.

To be successful you will bring proven experience leading UAT on ERP or enterprise system deployments strong test script design capability confident workshop facilitation skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholder groups within tight timelines. Experience within supply chain systems such as WMS or TMS or exposure to SAP integrations will be advantageous.
