What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants visitors and contractors by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout commercial office common areas lobbies corridors stairwells parking areas loading areas and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
- Monitor access points and verify credentials as required assist with visitor check-in and/or contractor access and help maintain orderly traffic flow in and around the property.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including documenting observations completing incident reports and promptly notifying site leadership and/or emergency services when needed.
- Observe and report security-related concerns such as suspicious behavior unsecured doors damaged property and maintenance hazards and communicate issues to building management per post orders.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- CPR Certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
- CPR/First Aid is preferred and may be completed post hire.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
