What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by following security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Carry and maintain authorized firearm and related equipment in accordance with licensing requirements post orders and Allied Universal policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including communicating with branch personnel and/or local first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas exterior grounds and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Complete required reports logs and incident documentation and communicate relevant observations to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.
• Have 1 years of law enforcement experience OR 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience OR 3 years of security experience.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• An Armed Guard Card or License is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
