Job Summary
About the role:We are looking to recruit a Human Resources Administrator to join our HR team and help Porchlight make a difference to peoples lives. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop in the role (Full training provided). This role may even suit a recent Human Resources graduate looking to develop HR experience within an office environment or someone looking to move from a retail/customer services/hospitality role and keen to break into an office environment.
The rolerequires:
- Being responsible for providing a reliable and robust HR administrative support function.
- Supporting the start to finish recruitment process.
- Overseeing the administration for employee training.
- Being the first point of contact for any HR queries.
- Gathering appropriate data and reports to provide to the Head of HR.
- Working with the Head of HRto develop the HR system.

Working pattern:9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Contract start date: May 2026.
Contract type:Fixed Term untilJune 2027 (maternity cover).
