ESCC Property sits within the Business Services department and oversees a large portfolio of properties across the county including corporate buildings.
This role will be part of the Facilities team and will be managed by the Facilities Manager assisting in the provision of a range of FM services aimed at providing value and excellent customer service.
This role will be based in our County Hall Lewes site but travel will be required to support buildings in the county.
We can train you in various aspects of Facilities Management to assist you in your role. It would be helpful if you a knowledge of Microsoft systems.
If you can assist us in the following then this is for you:
Provide professional assistance to those requesting additional help within the buildings and to offer operational guidance where required.
Support the mailing operations of the Post Hub with sorting post deliveries and operating the enveloper and franking machines.
Provide support with or to deal with meeting room set ups monitoring security services and CCTV minor repairs and minor maintenance duties compliance checks contractor management and access control system administration.
Undertake Health & Safety audits and compliance checks. To assist with the facilities management of the site which includes fire safety First Aid provision and to report and manage any incidents on site.
Assist with and cover reception and switchboard when required by answering all calls and requests promptly politely and efficiently.
