Were looking for a Manager Commercial Incentives to join our this role youll own the design evolution and day-to-day operation of Deliveroos commercial compensation schemes ensuring our sales and account management teams are motivated to deliver our global business objectives.

What Youll Be Doing

Youll be joining the Commercial Operations team. We focus on providing the insight learning and infrastructure needed to enable our frontline teams globally. You will lead a Program Manager and Analysts to execute incentive schemes end-to-end.

Heres what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Design & Evolve Frameworks: Lead the creation of commission and KPI-based incentive schemes defining metrics thresholds and accelerators that align with our financial risk appetite.

  • Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end administration of payouts ensuring monthly and quarterly calculations are accurate timely and trusted by local leadership.

  • Model Performance Scenarios: Use data to assess cost exposure and behavioural impact ensuring incentive designs drive the right outcomes across different market conditions.

  • Modernise Delivery Tooling: Partner with Product and Tech teams to move away from manual spreadsheet-driven processes toward scalable automated incentive systems.

  • Govern & Influence: Act as the primary point of accountability for incentive accuracy building strong relationships with local commercial leaders to ensure schemes are clearly understood and embedded.

What Youll Need to Thrive

Essential

  • Operational Ownership: Proven ability to own complex large-scale operational processes end-to-end with a track record of improving workflows and reducing manual effort.

  • Analytical Depth: Strong capability in analysing performance data using BI tools (e.g. Looker or Tableau) and Excel to inform strategic incentive design.

  • Commercial Judgement: A deep understanding of the financial implications of compensation design and the ability to assess trade-offs in high-growth environments.

  • Stakeholder Influence: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts simply and challenge senior leadership constructively when required.

  • Meticulous Attention to Detail: A personal commitment to data quality and correctness ensuring calculations and payout distributions are flawless.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a compensation-specific role within a global marketplace or tech company.

  • Previous experience defining functional requirements for internal software or MarTech/FinTech tooling.
