Job Summary
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Event Promotions Assistant to support the planning coordination and execution of promotional events and brand activations. This role plays a key part in ensuring that every event runs smoothly and reflects the high standards of Catch Vibe Voice.
The ideal candidate thrives in collaborative settings demonstrates strong organizational skills and is passionate about delivering exceptional event experiences.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of promotional events and brand activations
Support on-site event setup execution and breakdown
Coordinate logistics including materials schedules and vendor communications
Represent the brand professionally at events and interact with attendees
Monitor event performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement
Maintain accurate records of event activities and inventory
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment
Qualifications :
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Adaptability in fast-paced dynamic event settings
Professional presentation and customer-focused mindset
Basic understanding of promotional strategies and brand engagement principles
