The Order Services Specialist is responsible for promptly ordering tracking and confirming receipt of Title and Homeowner/Hazard Insurance documentation. This role supports the Loan Processor by ensuring all required third-party documents are requested monitored and properly documented in the system. Once documents are received responsibility shifts to the Loan Processor for review and condition clearing. This position helps improve processing times reduce delays and maintain clear separation of duties.
Required Qualifications
12 years of loan processing support or mortgage origination experience.
Excellent phone and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple orders.
High attention to detail and accurate documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in mortgage originations operations order services or vendor management.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced change-driven environment.
Experience with complex loan transactions.
Exposure to quality assurance compliance or regulatory processes.
