Job Description:
We are a growing mortgage company seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Officers licensed in California. This role is ideal for self-driven originators who want flexibility strong operational support and competitive compensation.
Responsibilities:
- Originate conventional FHA VA and jumbo loans
- Develop and maintain referral partner relationships
- Guide borrowers through the full mortgage process
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal guidelines
- Maintain accurate loan documentation
Qualifications:
- Active California NMLS license
- 1 years of loan origination experience preferred
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
