What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents guests vendors and/or delivery personnel by following Allied Universal security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
• Control access to the residential location by verifying identification confirming authorization issuing visitor credentials and maintaining entry logs as required.
• Monitor lobby activity and building systems such as cameras intercoms and access control to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity and report concerns per post orders.
• Respond to incidents alarms and resident requests in a calm problem-solving manner including contacting property management and/or emergency services when directed by procedures.
• Complete shift reports and other required documentation communicate notable events during turnovers and support administrative tasks such as package handling and key or fob accountability as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet which is preferred.
• Have a state county or city issued security license which is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
