As a Security Officer - Roving Patrol Driver in Delphi IN you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location where you will complete routine foot and vehicle patrols stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents and provide strong customer service for employees drivers and visitors. This is a driving post requiring a valid drivers license. You will communicate clearly document observations and support a caring integrity-driven team that is agile reliable and innovative.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures policies and/or emergency response activities within a food and beverage production and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings processing areas yards and perimeter points reporting unusual conditions hazards and/or maintenance issues per post orders.
• Monitor access control points such as gates employee entrances and visitor check-in areas helping to verify identification log entries and support driver and delivery traffic flow as directed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including alarms disturbances medical events and/or suspicious activity and notify Allied Universal supervision and client contacts as required.
• Complete clear and accurate reports including daily activity logs and incident documentation and communicate observations to on-site personnel to support security-related operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
